Integrative Therapist Specialising in Women’s Health
I’m an integrative therapist and counsellor who specialises in supporting women through the complex emotional and physical impacts of women’s health concerns. My work covers areas such as infertility, pregnancy loss, being childless not by choice, grief, termination, pelvic pain, menopause, and gynaecological changes including fibroids and endometriosis. These moments can touch every part of your life—your identity, your relationships, and your hopes for the future—and I offer a warm, non-judgemental, and truly supportive space where your feelings are welcomed, understood, and held with care.
I am a registered member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN). Alongside my therapeutic work, I bring 15 years of clinical experience as an NHS nurse specialising in Gynaecology. This clinical background gives me a deep understanding of the physical and emotional realities of women’s health—before, during, and after fertility treatments, as well as during pregnancy loss, unwanted pregnancy, and the quiet anxieties that often go unspoken in a busy medical system.
My way of working is grounded in warmth, compassion, and collaboration, meeting you exactly where you are with gentleness.

As an integrative counsellor, I blend psychodynamic therapy (exploring how early experiences shape you), CBT (understanding and gently challenging intrusive thoughts, self-blame, or unhelpful patterns), and person-centred values rooted in empathy, honesty, and deep respect for your unique journey.
In our sessions, we make room for all of your emotions—grief, hope, frustration, guilt, or longing—while exploring the mind–body connection, reconnecting with your identity, and strengthening relationships. I support adults (18+) through online (Zoom) counselling, providing a safe, trusting environment where your lived experience guides the pace and direction of our work together.
